(NYSE: CVO), based in Stamford, CT, USA, has announced the acquisition of Printegra Corporation, a provider of business forms, office documents, checks, and labels, headquartered in Peachtree City, GA, USA. Among Printegra’s divisions is Synergy Label of Smyrna, GA, a label converting company whose sales are generated primarily through distributors.

A provider of custom short-run printing, Printegra generates annual revenues of approximately $90 million. It operates 13 facilities across the United States, and employs 780 people. Products include laser cut sheets, envelopes, business forms, security documents, and labels. Its primary customer focus is the distributorship base along with other significant resale channels.
